Cheesy Ranch French Bread

This is super decadent and lovely along a simple broth soup. Make this once, and you will make it forever.

Cheesy Ranch French Bread

1 12 Inch French bread loaf
1 1/2 Cups whipped cream cheese
1 Package powdered Ranch dressing mix
1 1/2 Cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Use a bread knife to slice the bread lengthwise and place both bread slices on the cookie sheet.  Mix cream cheese and ranch mix until well incorporated. Spread half the mixture on each slice, then sprinkle equal amounts of shredded cheese on each. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and melty. Let stand 2 minutes, then slice and serve while hot.
