Pepperazzi Stuffed with Goat Cheese
1 Pint of Pepperazzi peppers
6-8 Ounces of goat cheese
Lemon zest
Sea salt
Fresh ground pepper
Use a spoon to stuff peppers, sprinkle with lemon zest and top with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
